At 40mm tall, our acrylic pin badges are made from 100% recycled and recyclable plastics that have reached the end of their life-cycle and were destined for landfill or incineration.
An environmentally friendlier alternative to enamel pin badges, our acrylic pin badges are digitally printed onto 3mm thick recycled clear acrylic and custom cut, before fixing a sturdy metal pin on the reverse with a rubber backing.
Our Acrylic Pin Terms & Conditions.
In this instance Jennifer Elder Art serves as an intermediary between yourself, the client, and our suppliers, Zap Creatives. By ordering pins through us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, as well as those of our supplier company*.
On your behalf, Jennifer Elder Art will order, pay for and approve your product proof, as well as receive, quality check, count, package and post your pins to yourself. We will do this to the highest standard and treat the product as if it is our own, as it will be representing our artwork.
Orders for pins will be placed after the completion of your commission, we will make you aware of when we have done so via the same channel we were communicating about the commission (Instagram, Facebook, email, etc). You will also be made aware of when we approve the proof. Once we have submitted this order and approved the proof, we are unable to make any changes to the artwork.
Our suppliers estimate a 7-15 working day turn around for products once the proof has been approved, should we be informed of any delays we will inform yourself. Please be aware that this does not include time for us to receive, package and dispatch your pins to you, which should take no more than 3 working days plus delivery time. UK orders will be dispatched Royal Mail First Class Signed For, and International order will be dispatched Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For, however due to post pandemic delays this may take 3-6 weeks to reach international customers. You will be supplied with tracking information for your package.
We will quality check your order when it arrives with us, should there be any significant issues we will inform you and respond to our suppliers, but this is an incredibly rare circumstance. As with the nature of pin badges, some may break due to wear and tear. Should this happen with a significant portion of your order please return them to us and we will take this up with our supplier, however we may not be able to seek replacements for the odd one, but we will try.
We will also count your order to ensure you receive the correct number of pins. Should we receive less than you ordered we will enquire with our suppliers, or refund you the difference. Should we receive more than you ordered you will receive these at no additional cost, minus one which we will hold as a portfolio example. If you do not wish for us to do so, please let us know at the time of order.
