By purchasing a set of custom nails, you are agreeing to the below Terms & Conditions.

Custom nails will be digitally designed prior to painting so that you know what to expect from your nails and to help guarantee they match your design specification, however the actual set you receive will be hand crafted. With them being a handmade and hand painted product, this means that there may be slight differences to the initial digital mock up, as well as slight and natural imperfections. By ordering a custom set you accept and understand that this may be the case with your set, however any major amendments or differences will be checked with you if required.

When ordering custom nails, it is your responsibility, and yours alone, to provide accurate sizing information, and no refunds or exchanges will be given should your nails not fit. We provide in person sizing at events, sizing kits to order, as well as a detailed page explaining how you can measure your nail size at home yourself.

We offer custom nails in four standard sizes (x-small, small, medium & large), as well as individually sized options tailored to you. Nails in our standard sizes can be made without pre-payment, as should you fail to purchase these can be resold at our market events. Nails made in individual sizes however will require payment after the digital mock-up is produced, along with a provided quote. Your nails will not be created until payment is received.

Pre-payment would also be required as above in the case of a standard size set where the design is specifically designed with personal details, such as but not limited to; date of birth, names, personal photographs.

'Jennifer Elder Art / Nails' may feature your custom nails on either our online portfolio, Instagram, or other examples of our work, however if you do not wish for your set to be used as such, it is your responsibility to make us aware.

Custom nail sets are non-refundable, however should you be unhappy with your set please get in touch and we will happily do what we can to correct it to your satisfaction within our terms.

Monies will only be refunded should 'Jennifer Elder Art / Nails' be unable to complete the commission, or 'Jennifer Elder Art / Nails' terminates the contract.
