Shipping policy

Please bare in mind that all orders are created, fulfilled and dispatched by one person, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order. This does not include custom orders such as custom nails or art commissions. You will be informed of the relevant timescale at time of order.

Shipping:

At present we are only able to ship with the UK, not including Northern Ireland, due to new regulations. This does not apply to digital products such as art commissions.

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, with exception to our Nail Sizing Kits, which are posted Royal Mail First Class. You will be issued with a tracking code prior to dispach.
All International orders are shipped Royal Mail International Standard.
If you would like your sent with tracking, please get in touch. High value orders will be sent with tracking as default.

For orders over £50 shipping is provided for free.
