Sizing
We offer four different standard sizes in our ready to buy market sets;
- X-SMALL: 3, 6, 5, 7, 9
- SMALL: 2, 5, 4, 6, 9
- MEDIUM: 1, 5, 4, 6, 8
- LARGE: 0, 4, 3, 5, 7
Custom sized nails are available at no extra cost when ordering our made to order sets, so if you do not fit into our standard sizing there is no need to worry!
- If you got your nails sized by us at one of our in-person markets, then simply key in the numbers on your flier when checking out.
- If you are unable to measure your nails yourself as below, order one of our size kits! They are £2 with free UK postage, and you will receive a personal discount code for £2 off your first set of nails. We can also give you a kit for free at one of our markets, just ask!
HOW TO MEASURE:
Use a measuring tape or a piece of transparent tape across the widest part of your natural nail bed, and avoid going over the side walls of your nails.
Measure in millimetres and find the corresponding size below.

General
Are your nails vegan/cruelty free?
We mainly use Nail Order gel products, which are all vegan & cruelty free, however we may not be able to trace exact origins of items such as charms and specialist gels. If you have specific ingredient concerns, feel free to ask.
Are press-on nails suitable for everyday wear?
Definitely! Many customers (myself included) wear them daily as an alternative to salon treatments.
Are these suitable for first-time users?
100%. Press-ons are beginner-friendly, and we include clear instructions with every order. We are also easily reached on our social media accounts should you have any issues!
Ordering & Customisation
Do you recreate designs exactly from photos?
Inspiration photos are welcome, but personally I would rather not directly replicate another artist's work. I can try recreate the look and aesthetic as closely as possible while maintaining our unique style and ethos.
Can I request changes to a listed design?
Yes! Small changes like colour swaps, or finish (matte/glossy) are usually possible. Leave details in the order notes or contact us before purchasing.
Can I order matching sets for friends or events?
Absolutely! Matching or coordinated sets are perfect for birthdays, bridal parties, or events. Please contact us in advance for larger orders.
Sizing & Shapes
Can I customize length or shape?
We used premade tips with our press-on nails, and have a selection of lengths and shapes which can be found above!
What if I’m between sizes?
When ordering online, we offer custom sized sets at no additional cost for custom sets or made to order sets, so there's no need to squeeze yourself into a set that doesn't fit right! Just let us know your sizing when ordering, and remember to double check you've keyed in the details right.
Do you offer extra nails just in case?
No, we do not. All sets are made and sold as a set of 10, either in standard sizes or your custom sizes, however if your nails arrive and one doesn't fit correctly, please get in touch!
What if a nail doesn’t fit?
If you ordered a sizing kit and followed the instructions, please get in touch, we’re happy to help. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for custom sized nails where incorrect sizing was provided.
Can kids or smaller hands wear press-on nails?
Yes! Custom sizing allows us to accommodate smaller nail beds. Just make sure measurements are taken carefully. For children we DO NOT recommend using nail glue, please use the sticky tabs provided.
Wear & Durability
Will the nails pop off easily?
Not when applied correctly. With proper nail prep and choosing the right adhesive makes a huge difference in wear time. We provide a glue that we have tried, tested, and whole-heartedly recommend.
Can I wear them while washing dishes or showering?
Yes, but prolonged exposure to hot water can shorten wear time, as we recommend removing the nails by soaking them in hot water. Gloves are recommended for chores, especially when using chemicals.
Are press-on nails reusable?
Yes! With careful removal and storage, most sets can be reused multiple times. They are however painted with gel polish, so may suffer chips and scratches, as a salon manicure would, and will not last indefinitely.
Application & Removal
Is nail glue included?
Yes, we include a full application kit with each set of nails, which includes a nail brush, a cuticle stick, a cleansing alcohol wipe, mini nail file, sticky tabs and nail glue.
How do I remove them safely?
Full instructions are included with each set of nails, but we recommend you soak your nails in warm water with cuticle oil to gently loosen the nails; please never force them off.
Are they safe for natural nails?
Yes. Press-on nails are one of the least damaging manicure options when applied and removed properly. Picking and tearing the press-on nails off and not following correct removal instructions may result in your natural nail being damaged.
Shipping & Timing
How long does it take to make my nails?
All sets are made to order. Pre-designed made to order sets have a turn around time of one to two weeks, but notices will be published on our page and social media pages should this vary.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush options may be available depending on work load. Please contact us before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we are only shipping within the UK, this is due to ongoing changes both with International postage customs & tariffs, and with gel polish regulations within the UK & EU. Notices will be published on our page and social media pages should this change.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our nails and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us - we’re happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your nails arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
